最近好多朋友問牛油果太硬唔好食 , 其實只係佢未成熟 , 解決方法好簡單 , 只需要將牛油果 , 米 , 一同放進鑄鐵鍋 , 加蓋 , 放一晚 , 第二天便會成熟 , 其他生果一樣可以用呢個方法 , 無米既朋友 , 用香蕉 , 或者報紙都可以 , 不過就時間需要耐一點 !

Recently there is a lot of people asked how come avocado is so tough and it taste horrible , the reason of this is because it not yet mature , the way to solve it it very easy, all you have to do is put the rice and avocado in cast iron, put a top on it ,leave it a night, the next day will be mature , variety off friut also can do it in this will . if you don't have rice, banana or newspaper will do, but it gonna need more time
